Many writers throughout the world are participating in Lea Schizas Appreciation Day today, and it is my pleasure to be one of them. Lea, a published author and award-winning editor, is never too busy to assist established writers or those just beginning their writing careers.
Personally, my husband and I owe her a great deal. Her glowing review of IT HAD TO BE US, the little romantic memoir we wrote under the pseudonyms of Harry and Elizabeth Lawrence, helped our E-book earn recognition as well as a prestigious award. And I also treasure the contacts made as a result of being a presenter at the first Muse Online Writers Conference, which Lea founded and coordinated in 2006. Happily, Lea has scheduled the second such conference for October 8-14, 2007.
